Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. Here's how our refund process works.

A Note on Scheduling Conflicts

We know veterinarians frequently experience scheduling conflicts. To accommodate this, the recorded lecture and all related content is available to all paid registrants, whether or not you attend the live session. If you can't make the live event, you'll still have full access to the recording and can earn your CE credits.

Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of the live lecture date.

How to Request a Refund

Send Your Request

Email support@vetonitce.org with your name and the course you wish to be refunded for.

Processing Time

Requests received by 2:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed the same day. Requests received after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed through Stripe. Funds typically appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriber Refunds

Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you haven't attended any webinars. After 30 days or attendance at any webinar, subscriptions are non-refundable but remain active through the subscription period.

Exceptions

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing access to a live webinar and we cannot resolve them, you are entitled to a full refund or credit toward a future course.
  • Course Cancellation: In the rare event we cancel a scheduled course, all registrants will receive a full refund automatically.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made more than 48 hours after the live lecture date
  • Courses where the recording has been accessed and significant progress made
  • Subscription renewals not cancelled before the renewal date
