Annual CE Pass
The Annual CE Pass is one named-licensee CE product with immediate access to the on-demand library and every live Vet On It lecture during the 12 months from purchase.
- Email support@vetonitce.org within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.
- If you have not attended a live lecture and have not completed an on-demand quiz, the refund is in full.
- After a live attendance or a completed on-demand quiz, the pass is not refundable and remains active through the end of the term.
Individual Live Lecture Registration
Live a-la-carte lecture registrations follow a separate policy from the Annual CE Pass.
- Refund requests must be received within 48 hours of the live lecture date.
- If you miss the live lecture, your paid registration still includes access to the recording and related materials when they are posted.
- Request live-lecture refunds by emailing support@vetonitce.org with your name and the course title.
Processing
Refunds are processed through Stripe. Most banks post the return within 3 to 7 business days after processing.
