How do I access my CE certificate?
Certificates are emailed automatically after you complete the course quiz. You can also access all your certificates through the CE Portal.
I missed the live webinar. Can I still get CE credit?
Yes. All registered attendees have access to the recorded lecture. Complete the quiz after watching the recording to receive your CE certificate.
Where do I find the Zoom link for my webinar?
The Zoom link is emailed to you after registration and again as a reminder before the event. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You can also access it through the CE Portal.
How do I request a refund?

Are your courses accepted in my state?
As a RACE-approved provider, our courses are accepted in all US states and Canadian provinces where RACE approval is recognized. Contact your state board if you have specific questions about your jurisdiction's requirements.
