- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

All content provided through our platform, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, videos, and supplementary materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on this content without explicit written permission from Vet On It CE.
Permitted uses include:
- Viewing content for personal educational purposes
- Taking personal notes during courses
- Using knowledge gained to improve patient care
Prohibited uses include:
- Recording, screen-capturing, or downloading course videos
- Sharing login credentials or course access with others
- Distributing course materials to non-registered individuals
- Using content for commercial purposes
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in US dollars
- Payment is required at time of registration
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless cancelled
6. Refund Policy

- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the live lecture date
- Requests received by 2:00 PM ET on business days are processed same-day
- Refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days
- Recorded content remains available to registrants who experience scheduling conflicts
7. CE Credits and Certificates
- CE credits are awarded upon completion of required course activities
- Certificates are issued automatically via email
- You are responsible for verifying CE requirements with your state licensing board
- RACE approval is maintained through AAVSB (Provider ID: 50-29055)
8. Code of Conduct
When participating in live webinars, you agree to:
- Behave professionally and respectfully
- Not disrupt the learning experience for others
- Use the Q&A and chat features appropriately
- Not share inappropriate, offensive, or promotional content
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide accurate, current, and evidence-based content, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
