Our Story
Why we're committed to a better kind of CE.
Vet On It was founded by a veterinarian and an education specialist who surveyed the continuing education landscape and identified a few major frustrations for veterinary professionals.
Traditional conferences packed attendees into large sessions, leaving little room for meaningful interaction. Many veterinarians could not step away from their clinics often enough to attend. Meanwhile, most interactive online options were short and sponsor-driven, frequently perceived as repetitive and promotional rather than substantive education.
They envisioned a better way—a platform dedicated to deep, practical learning in an intimate, unbiased setting, free from commercial noise. This unique format also attracts the best specialists and presenters, who are eager to share their expertise in an environment dedicated purely to learning.

Data Collection and Usage
We collect limited personal information necessary to provide our educational services. This includes your name, email address, professional credentials, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe).
Information Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your payment details are processed through Stripe, a trusted payment processor, and we do not store your credit card data on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our platform, including but not limited to lectures, presentations, handouts, and supplementary materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without explicit permission.
Our Commitment to Your Privacy
- We Do Not Share Your Data: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Purpose-Driven Use: The information we collect is used exclusively for processing payments, communicating with you about your courses, and providing customer support. We honor all communication preferences.
- Our Independence: We are an independent organization with no third-party affiliations or corporate interests influencing our policies.
Refund Policy
Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of the live lecture date. Refund requests submitted by 2:00 PM ET on a business day will be processed the same day. Requests received after 2:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our credit card processor. While we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank and Stripe’s processing times, typically within 3-7 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at support@vetonitce.org.
A Note on Scheduling Conflicts:
As a courtesy, please note that many veterinarians experience scheduling conflicts. To accommodate this, the recorded lecture and all related content will be available to all paid registrants. You can also view upcoming events to find a time that works for you.
