The organization gathers account details (name, email, professional credentials), payment information processed through Stripe, course activity records, and communication preferences.
Data is used for course registration, payment processing, material delivery, certificate issuance, event reminders, support responses, and RACE compliance documentation.
The platform employs SSL/TLS encryption for transactions, uses Stripe for PCI-DSS compliant payment processing, doesn't retain credit card data, and restricts personnel access to personal information.

Users may access their data, request corrections, request deletion of your account and associated data, opt out of marketing, and obtain portable data copies.

The organization provides RACE-approved veterinary continuing education through live webinars, on-demand recordings, course materials, and certificates.
Users must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and report unauthorized access immediately.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Permitted uses include personal study and note-taking. Prohibited: recording videos, sharing credentials, distributing materials, or commercial use.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment occurs at registration via Stripe, with automatic renewal unless cancelled.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of live lectures. Same-day processing for weekday requests before 2 PM ET. Refunds appear in 3–7 business days. (See full Refund Policy below.)
Credits award upon completion. Certificates issue automatically via email. Users verify state requirements independently.
Participants must behave professionally, avoid disruption, use chat appropriately, and refrain from inappropriate content.

The recorded lecture and all related content is available to all paid registrants, regardless of live attendance. Participants retain full access to recordings and can complete CE credit requirements.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the live lecture date.
Annual subscribers may request prorated refunds within 30 days of purchase if you haven't attended any lectures. Post-30-day or post-attendance subscriptions remain non-refundable but active.
Technical access issues receive full refunds or credits. Cancelled courses receive automatic full refunds.
When you opt in to SMS notifications, we'll send you text message reminders before your registered webinars. This is especially helpful for busy veterinary professionals who may not always check email.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Vet On It CE does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. SMS notifications are sent via Twilio. Supported carriers include all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.).
